The company's core business is the manufacture of tailor-made equipment for a sustainable future and the supply of machinery to turn waste into new opportunities and materials. Today, the Group operates in 9 areas of competence, focusing on investments in alternative forms of energy to traditional ones, and taking care of the project at 360°.

Composting Plant
The Campania Regional Government commissioned PAL Green Division to build a plant for the aerobic treatment of the organic fraction from the separate collection of municipal solid waste (composting plant).
Quality CSS plant
ALIA S.p.A. has chosen PAL Green Division for the realisation of the third line of Superfood recovery, starting mainly with streams from the collection of household and commercial waste in the province of Prato.
Anaerobic Digestion Plant
PAL Green Division was awarded the bid to develop an anaerobic digestion plant in the province of Lecco, in Annone Brianza, for the client Silea S.p.A., an wholly-public waste management company operating in a territory boasting the highest and most efficient levels of sorted waste in Italy.
Automated waste sorting plant
After winning the COSMARI contract, PAL has completed the turnkey project for the construction of a new sorting plant for paper/cardboard and light multi-material fractions of municipal waste in the province of Macerata, in Tolentino.
Construction of a glass sorting plant
The design of the plant is focused on achieving a glass output that meets CoReVe's specifications. The plant was built in record time: four weeks on site and two months to deliver the machinery from project approval to commissioning.
Sludge treatment plant
PAL Green Division was responsible for modifications on the sludge line of a civil waste water treatment plant in Grosseto. In particular, it has built a hub for the delivery and treatment of all biological sludge produced. The plant is divided into two parts, each with specific functions.
Construction of a waste recovery line
The composting plant for municipal waste and other compostable non-hazardous waste in Aprilia is authorised to recover materials and energy from waste through anaerobic digestion and aerobic treatment. PAL intervened in the construction of an overflow recovery line.
Recycling Plant
New generation sorting plant, the drum screen is replaced with an innovative screening system that reduces space, maintenance costs, energy consumption by about 50%.
Compost Refining Plant
The anaerobic digestion and composting plant based in Monterotondo Marittimo, in the locality of Carboli, owned by Acea Ambiente uses mainly organic waste from separate collection and sludge generated by wastewater treatment plants.
Installation of a pellet line
PAL's activity in the pellet industry involves the supply of technology to improve existing plants. In response to specific customer requirements, PAL has introduced a new family of presses designed for wood fibre processing, the Dynapelletpress.
Biomass cogeneration plant
The amount of material available to the client company drove the search for a way to optimise biomass with the goal of almost completely replacing the use of fossil fuels. PAL was involved in the disposal of the old plant and the installation of the new structure.
Material recovery plant from car fluff
"PAL has participated in the construction of an innovative automatic plant for the cleaning and valorization of automotive scrap, i.e. the recovery of end-of-life vehicles. The plant allows the cleaning, separation and sifting of the light part of the ASR from the grinding by means of a centrifugal separator with perforated screen."
Build a ground-mounted photovoltaic system
PAL Green Division's focus on renewable energy is highlighted by the execution of work on a grid-connected type of ground-mounted photovoltaic system, which identifies grid-connected systems, on the former inter-municipal landfill in Novellara (RE).

Recycled wood cleaning plant
The increasing focus on sustainability has pushed companies to find alternative solutions for the recovery of natural resources. Since the 1980s, PAL has been engaged in technological research for cleaning recycled wood. In Portugal, PAL Green Division designed and built in 2018 a waterfall cleaning tower that integrates state-of-the-art technological and innovative machinery in a small area.
